At Kimeena, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains our return, refund, and exchange terms in detail.

No Return & No Refund Policy

🚫 Refunds are not provided under any circumstances

Due to the nature of fashion and hygiene standards, all products sold by Kimeena are non-returnable and non-refundable, once delivered.

We request customers to carefully review:

  • Product descriptions

  • Size charts

  • Images and details
    before placing an order.

Exchange Policy (Damaged or Incorrect Product Only)

✅ Exchange is allowed only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item or size sent)

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact

  • Unboxing video is mandatory (from sealed package to product)

  • Clear images showing the issue must be provided

Requests without valid proof will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Your email must include:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Clear images of the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same product (subject to availability).

If the product is out of stock, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange

Exchange requests will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or fit issues

  • Color difference due to screen resolution or lighting

  • Minor variations in prints or embroidery

  • Delay in reporting after 48 hours

  • Used, washed, or altered products

Important Notes

  • Kimeena does not offer cash refunds

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order
